I recently subscribed to Flow State and I’ve been enjoying their daily album recommendations. The actual recommendations are hit or miss, but the notion of listening to an album is more than enough to look forward to it.
Qigong before bed
Upon my acupuncturist’s recommendation, I’ve been doing this qigong video before bed (10 minutes, give it a try). This is a nice throwback to Cihangir Yoga days when I lived in Istanbul and my favourite teachers integrated qigong into yoga practices.
Social Presencing Theater methods
This week’s module in the U Lab training was on social presencing theater, which is a method for collective mindfulness and problem-solving. We tried one of the exercises out at home, using our body to express how we feel “stuck” and explore how to come out of it. Here is an interview which talks more about SPT.
